In addition to the brewing technology of coffee, I also have to learn chemistry, geography, biology, and other concepts. Thanks to Mr. Lai, who inspired my coffee world, and made me admire the barista industry even more. After the class, I realized that the coffee entry-level is not as difficult as I imagined. It is a good coffee as long as I like it, regardless of price or origin.
