Originally, I thought that coffee was difficult to learn, but after a professional lecturer and practical introduction, I was able to easily and interestingly understand the differences between flavor and extraction process.
Every time I brewed coffee, it was like an experiment and was different from the license classes on the market. It was a really useful and practical course.

I used to intern in other cafes, thinking that I had learned most of the coffee knowledge until I met Mr. Lai when I knew that the coffee world was bottomless.
In addition to the brewing technology of coffee, I also have to learn chemistry, geography, biology, and other concepts. Thanks to Mr. Lai, who inspired my coffee world, and made me admire the barista industry even more. Moreover, learning coffee also gives me a sense of accomplishment, I can already discuss coffee with others and have strengthened my brewing skills and ability to distinguish tastes.

I’ve learned a lot after the coffee lesson! The teacher’s teaching was easy to understand, and I, a coffee muggle, also began to know how to taste it!
After the class, I realized that the coffee entry-level is not as difficult as I imagined. It is a good coffee as long as I like it, regardless of price or origin. Although I may be too Muggle to taste the differences, but when I drink coffee outside, I will habitually guess what kind of bean it is.

This is the first time I participated in a course dedicated to understanding coffee. I would have only drunk a hot latte from 7-11, but this course really broadened my horizons.
It turns out that coffee contains this much knowledge, from coffee beans to hand-brewed coffee, latte art, and techniques to differentiate the taste of coffee, experiencing it from different angles is quite interesting! Looking forward to the upcoming online coffee classes and the upcoming café!

【待確認校稿內容】The first time I had an in-depth understanding of the world of coffee, I always knew that there were many factors that would affect the flavor of hand-poured coffee, so I didn’t dare to try it blindly. From drinking latte in the past to now slowly getting in touch with hand punching, drinking a variety of different beans, and gradually drinking the difference, thank you teacher for allowing me to learn new knowledge and richer experience.
